This song was written in a very dark time in Laura's life. All of us experience dark times that we do not understand, that we feel will take the very breath we breathe. Through this beautiful song I have found strength and mercy. In the midst of trials there are blessings to be found.
Don't expect the blessings to be perfect or what you imagine but see the "blessing" as beautiful.
